Some people complain about sulfites, but truth is that other things, like dried fruit or orange juice, have much higher levels and would logically have a stronger effect on people. My opinion is that the likely culprit is the alcohol. Someone who is very tired (like a mom!) might fall asleep hard and awaken early. There is a great line from Moonstruck when Olympia Dukakis complains that her husband drinks too much, falls asleep to hard, then "later he'll be up when he should be down." Wine pairings with kiddie food. Mac and Cheese, chicken nuggets. You can even do two versions: Kraft Mac and Cheese and a gourmet version of Mac and Cheese.
